| 内容記述 | Although several advantages of taking up lS014001/9000s have been identified in a number of researches, the training aspect of I SO 14001/9000s had a less attention than other issues, such as company environmental/qualitative gain and efficiency. The research is to investigate further benefits of ISO 14001/9000s mainly to do with the matter of internal training. A questionnaire survey was carried out to gain practical experiences of 52 enterprises chiefly in Nagoya region, Japan. The survey result shows that the I SO 14001/9000s has been effective in raising operational ability and inter-generational communication among company members. | |||||||||||
