| 内容記述 | This paper analyzed changes of accumulation of urban function such as residence, commerce, business in central urban areas after collapse of bubble economy. A change of accumulation of urban function in central urban areas is related to population scale of the city closely. And accumulation of urban function in central urban areas increases in the suburbs of Tokyo and Osaka metropolitan areas. Population increase in central urban areas does not lead to increase of the amount of product sale immediately. The location of business institutions affects commercial vitalization greatly. Because growth or decline of the central urban area and the city relates mutually, it is important to think about the hollowing out of central urban areas as a problem of the whole city. | |||||||||||||
