First, it is described as historical meaning that the relation between human being and risk through agricultural, city and industrial revolution. Second, the risk communication is defined as the socio-risk communication consisting of stakeholder's risk communications. Third, as an example of actual situation on the risk communication in Japan, the project of PCB treatment facility in Hand-city is described. | |||||||||||||
