環境居住論の研究課題 : ジェントリフィケーションの結果としてのディスプレイスメント発生構造 A Research Task for a Study of Residential Environment : The Structure of the Occurrence of Displacement which is caused by Gentrification 内山, 哲治 ウチヤマ, テツジ Uchiyama, Tetsuji 環境居住論の研究課題としての「ジェントリフィケーション」問題を考察することで,「ジェントリフィケーション」の結果としての「ディスプレイスメント」発生メカニズムの構造を明確にする。そして,5種類の「ディスプレイスメント」発生の要因を明示する。 By studying "a gentrification question"as a research task for a study of residential environment, I try to suggest the structure of the occurrence of displacement which is caused by gentrification.
